Crops

We grow lots of different crops including wheat, barley, oilseed rape, oats, beans, peas, grass for seed, grass for the animals, linseed and lots of different wild bird covers. We grow the crops in a rotation so that weeds and diseases can be more easily controlled in the crops and the soil is looked after. We use GPS and map the fields to keep an eye on fertility and soil health. This allows us to apply only what a crop needs in the way of fertilisers and sprays and therefore protect our environment.
