Estate

Stewarding land, people and place in harmony.

Rooksnest Estate is a traditionally managed mixed farming estate where livestock and arable farming work together to support sustainable land use and protect the environment for future generations. It is both a home and workplace for a skilled team including gardeners, craftsmen, farmers, foresters and housekeepers. The estate features varied soils and topography, from clay to light downland, and includes the notable gardens of Rooksnest House—such as the Rose, South and Pond Gardens—which open twice yearly for charity through the National Garden Scheme.
